Kent Wagner founded 10X Business Consulting in 2017 because he has a deep desire to help enhance lives and businesses by drawing from top business philosophies and personal experiences from an extensive and varied business career.  10X has evolved into two primary services:

• 10X Recruiting Partners that prides itself in connecting relationships and elevating careers in all industries and geographies.
• 10X Special Ops which is a consulting process that is geared toward helping businesses find real, simple, attainable, and measurable results.

Kent is an Economics/Psychology graduate of the University of Michigan and Washington University in St. Louis. He has 30 years of experience in business operations and consulting.  Kent founded and operated Millennium Music, a popular music retail chain, that sold $75M of CDs in the Carolinas from 1994 to 2008.  He then founded and operated AbundaTrade, a virtual media arbitrage service, that purchased and sold tens-of-millions of new and used CDs, DVDs, Games, and Books online from 2008 to 2015.

In addiiton to 10X, Kent is currently a partner in two fast moving start-ups:  a Hire-By-Referral platform called Talinity and a new hybrid sport combining soccer and badminton called Kickit.
