A group of leading data analytics executives formed a new company to provide data analytics software and “big data” consumer information, normally only available to larger companies, to the SMB market. The company built a powerful and easy-to-use software platform that was integrated with consumer behavioral data not generally available to SMB’s. The product offering was outstanding but sales were not. We were brought in by the CEO of the company to evaluate their go-to-market strategy and to develop alternative strategies.

We helped the company reposition its offerings to provide products to franchise organizations (one to many sales) and to provided packaged solutions/services that were broadly applicable to SMB’s in their target verticals. Once these offerings were defined and available, we helped execute the sales and marketing strategy and directly landed clients through our network. The company has been growing and profitable since our engagement with them.
