Requirements

Recruiters are commission-only Independent Contractors, and are exclusive to 10X. All clients and searches are contracted through 10X.

Recruiters are responsible for the cost of their own software and subscriptions.

Over-rides are available for as long as the recruiter is still active with 10X.

Candidates in the shared database must have been personally interviewed and have a completed Candidate Profile form.
